Return & Refund Policy
At Letti Hair Lab, we maintain high standards for our products. Because our items are personal care products, we have strict guidelines regarding returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns: Unopened Products: You may return a product within 7 days of purchase only if it is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Exclusions: Due to hygiene standards, any product that has been opened or had the seal broken cannot be returned or refunded.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive the wrong product or the item is damaged upon arrival (e.g., a broken bottle from delivery):
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
